JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
(Purchase object: a special “mulcher” type device for cleaning and shredding trees, plants, bushes)

1. JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the indicated goods. These funds will be used to secure a purchase agreement resulting from this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established procedure, is authorized to select the invited persons, evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 (ten) days after the winner is identified.
2. Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:
a) application for participation (form N2);
b) information on technical compliance, prices and delivery schedule (form N3-N4);
c) The payment will be made within 10 (ten) calendar days after the delivery of the goods and the signing of the corresponding acceptance-handover act, advance payment is also allowed.
d) If an advance is requested, it should not exceed 30% of the contract value, the supplier is obliged to present a bank guarantee issued by a bank licensed in Georgia (a guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which should exceed 90 (ninety) calendar days of the goods. delivery time.
e) The bidder must meet the specified criteria and must submit the requested information and their supporting documentation:
• a certificate issued by the relevant body that the applicant’s property has not been seized;
• Notice issued by the relevant authority that the applicant company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
• a certificate issued by the relevant authority that the bidder has no debt to the state budget;
• The bidder must be an authorized dealer of the manufacturing plant in Georgia and must present relevant supporting documentation;
3. The application should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the following address:
St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Service of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
4. The deadline for receiving the application is 16:00 on July 31, 2023. Applications submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered.
5. Applications will be evaluated in 2023. on July 31 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
6. The application must be submitted in the Georgian language, in a closed envelope to the address specified in point 3.
7. Prices must be offered in national currency (proposals submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
8. Delivery is made in accordance with the information provided on prices and delivery schedule.
9. The application is valid for at least 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its submission.
10. Evaluation of the received application is carried out according to the form of “Technical compliance, price and delivery schedule”. An application that does not comply with the conditions mentioned in points 2 and 3 and the monetary parameter determined for the purchase will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements developed for the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
11 will be considered as the winner and the procurement contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the bidder who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.
The price of the goods must include all costs of the supplier, including VAT.
