JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
Purchase object: 220 kV power plant for implementation of anti-corrosion protection works of steel towers No. 1÷15 of “Adjara” as a whole and first sections of steel towers No. 16÷50.
Tbilisi, April 24, 2019
JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the execution of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established rule. In order to select bidders, it is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:
a) Application for participation (form N2);
b) information on technical compliance (form N3);
c) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);
d) If an advance is requested, it should not exceed 30% of the contract value. The supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee (guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the period of performance of the work.
e) After signing the contract, the supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee for the performance of the contract within 5 banking days, in the amount of 3.5% of the contract value (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted). whose term of validity should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of work.
f) The bidder has the right to submit a proposal for one or several lots at the same time, the bidder must meet the specified criteria and must submit the requested information and their supporting documentation:
Documentation confirming the experience of performing anti-corrosion works in the last 5 years;
Certificate confirming the qualifications of the electrical safety groups and supervisors of the personnel employed in the company – according to the brigades.
notice that no debt is accrued to the budget;
Notice that the property has not been seized;
notice that the company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
Information about anti-corrosion paint and primer to be used. (Certificates of the quality of the mentioned material must be presented before the start of work).
Only those proposals that comply with the requirements defined in the technical assignment and the financial parameters for the purchase are subject to evaluation.
The application should be submitted to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein N1, Chancellery of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
The application deadline is 2019. May 1, 5 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated in 2019. on May 1 at the following address: St. Tbilisi Marshall Gelovani N2, JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.
The application must be written in Georgian and submitted to the address specified in point 3 in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
Prices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the information provided about the prices and delivery schedule (work production schedule).
The application submitted by the applicant for participation in the competition is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
The received application is assessed according to its compliance with the technical task. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the application in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
The winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.
