JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
Purchase facility: 500 sq.m., “Imereti” N21-N24, N45-N48, N323-N328, N330-N336,
Replacement works of damaged wires in the sections between the masts
Tbilisi, 13 August 2015
1. JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently the “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the performance of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for carrying out the mentioned procedure in accordance with the prescribed manner, is authorized to evaluate their applications in order to select the bidders and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
2. Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and attached forms:
a) Application for participation, form N2 (attached);
b) Information on technical compliance, form N3 (attached);
c) Information on prices and delivery schedule, form N4 (attached);
d) Advance payment is allowed. If an advance is requested, it should not exceed 30% of the contract value. The supplier is obliged to present a bank guarantee issued by a licensed bank in Georgia (a guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the appropriate amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which must be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of the work.
e) After the signing of the contract, the supplier is obliged to present a guarantee of the performance of the contract issued by a licensed bank in Georgia in the amount of 3.5% of the value (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted) within 5 banking days. whose term of validity should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of work.
f) The bidder must meet the specified criteria, must submit the requested information and its supporting documentation:
List and experience of engineer-technical personnel;
During the last 5 years, the experience of construction of 500 sq.m. of at least 20 km long and their supporting documentation – contracts and acceptance-handover acts;
Information on the number of hydraulic wire tensioning-braking machines, pressing devices, tools, winches, special equipment and machine-mechanisms, in order to be able to simultaneously perform works on the 500 kV power plant “Imereti” N21-N24, N45-N48, N323-N328, N330-N336 masts in accordance with the technical task (attached) and with the specified volume (attached), as well as documentation confirming their ownership and/or right to use for replacing the damaged wires in all four areas;
· The schedule of works for 15 calendar days between the towers of 500 kV “Imereti” N21-N24, N45-N48, N323-N328, N330-N336 in all four areas separately, indicating the equipment to be used in individual areas;
The list of personnel employed in the districts with the indication of qualifications and experience, written separately for each of the four districts;
A bank guarantee issued by a licensed bank in Georgia in the amount of 1% of the proposed value (a guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted), the validity period of which should be 30 (thirty) calendar days beyond the bid opening period. The presented bank guarantee must be unconditional and its payment must be made immediately upon the buyer’s request.
· Only those proposals that respond to the conditions mentioned in point 2 will be evaluated , as well as the monetary parameter aimed at the purchase.
3. The application should be submitted to the following address: St. Tbilisi, Marshall Gelovani N2, Chancellery of JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.
4. The deadline for receiving the application is 2015. August 21, 6 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
5. Applications will be evaluated in 2015. on August 21 at the following address: St. Tbilisi Marshall Gelovani N2, JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.
6. The application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address specified in point 3, in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
7. Prices must be offered in national currency (offers submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
8. The application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
9. The application, which does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application, will be rejected as inconsistent with the specified requirements in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.

Amendment to the announcement of January 15, 2016 regarding the extension of the deadline for receiving proposals
Changes were made in Articles 4 and 5 of the statement.
The deadline for receiving applications is February 5, 2016 at 6 p.m.
Applications submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered.
Applications will be opened in 2016. On February 5, at the following address: St. Tbilisi Marshall Gelovani N2, JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.
