JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
(Purchase object: purchase of line fittings)
Tbilisi, May 20, 2014.
1. JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “the buyer” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified goods in 2014. These funds will be used to ensure the performance of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established procedure, is authorized to select the invited persons, evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with him no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
2. Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:
a) application for participation (form N2);
b) information on technical compliance (form N3);
c) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);
d) Advance payment is allowed. If an advance is requested, it should not exceed 50% of the value of the goods to be delivered. The supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee (guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance and a bank guarantee of 3.5% for the performance of the contract. whose term of validity should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of delivery of the goods.
3. The application should be submitted to the following address: St. N2 Marshal Gelovani, Tbilisi, office of JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.
4. The deadline for receiving the application is 2014. May 27, 6 p.m. Applications submitted after the mentioned deadline will not be considered.
5. Applications will be evaluated in 2014. on May 27 at the following address: St. Tbilisi Marshall Gelovani N2, JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”.
6. The application must be submitted in Georgian, Russian or English to the address specified in point 3.
7. Prices should be offered in the national currency (the offer presented in another currency will be converted into the national currency according to the exchange rate established by the National Bank for that day);
8. Delivery is made in accordance with the information provided on prices and delivery schedule.
9. The application is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
10. Evaluation of the received application is carried out according to the “Technical Compliance” and “Price and Delivery Schedule” forms. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in point 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the invitation sent to the participant in the price survey (competition) procedure.
11. The winner will be considered and the procurement contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.
