Marneuli-Ayrum direction electric transmission tower installation area (mast N 106) in the territory of the Marneuli municipality – conducting a complete archaeological survey determined by the 3rd stage of the search
Tbilisi, October 25, 2022
1. JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the performance of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. The buyer is responsible for the implementation of the mentioned procedure in accordance with the established rules. In order to select bidders, it is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 days after the winner is identified.
2. Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and forms:
a) application for participation (form N2);
b) information on technical compliance (form N3);
c) information on prices and delivery schedule (form N4);
d) The bidder must meet the specified criteria and must submit the requested information and their supporting documentation:
• The bidder must provide information about the personnel to be employed on the archaeological research, indicating their qualifications;
• Notice that no debt is accrued to the budget;
• Notice that the property has not been seized;
• Notification that the company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
• Only those proposals that comply with the requirements defined in the technical assignment and the financial parameters for the purchase are subject to evaluation.
3. The application should be submitted to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Department of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
4. The deadline for receiving the application is 2022. November 1, 5:00 p.m. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
5. Applications will be evaluated on November 1, 2022 at the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
6. The application must be written in Georgian and submitted to the address specified in point 3 in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
7. Prices should be offered in national currency (offers submitted in other currencies will not be considered) including VAT;
8. Delivery is carried out in accordance with the information provided on prices and delivery schedule (work schedule).
9. The applicant’s application for participation in the competition is valid for at least 30 calendar days from the date of its submission.
10. The received application is assessed according to its compliance with the technical assignment. An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the application in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
11. The winner will be considered and the procurement contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier who submitted the lowest price and which meets the requirements of the procuring organization.
