JSC “Sakrusenergo” invites you to participate in the price survey (competition) procedure
Purchase object: repair works to be carried out on the section between the towers of 500 sq.m.

JSC “Sakrusenergo” subsequently “purchaser” owns the funds for the purchase of the specified work. These funds will be used to ensure the performance of the purchase agreement concluded as a result of this procedure. In order to select the bidders, the buyer is authorized to evaluate their applications and conclude a purchase agreement with the winner no later than 10 (ten) days after the winner is identified.
The buyer warns all companies wishing to participate in the competition:
At the request of the National Dispatch Center of Georgia, it is possible to shorten and/or completely cancel the specified period of stay of the so-called “Kavkasion” due to state and public interests.
Based on the above, the buyer invites you to participate in the price inquiry (competition) procedure and please submit your application according to the following documents and attached forms:
a) Application for participation, form N2 (attached);
b) Information on technical compliance and schedule, form N3 (attached,
technical assignment);
c) Information on the scope of the work to be performed, form N4 (attached);
Settlement with the supplier will be made within 10 (ten) calendar days after the completion of the work and the corresponding acceptance – after signing the act of handover.
If an advance is requested, it should not exceed 50% of the contract value. The supplier is obliged to provide a bank guarantee (guarantee issued by an insurance company is not accepted) for the corresponding amount of the requested advance, the validity period of which should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the deadline for the completion of the work.
After the signing of the contract, the supplier is obliged to provide a guarantee of the performance of the contract issued by a licensed bank in Georgia in the amount of 3.5% of the contract value (the guarantee issued by the insurance company is not accepted) within 10 (ten) banking days. whose term of validity should be 90 (ninety) calendar days longer than the term of performance of work.
The applicant must meet the specified criteria, must submit the requested information and its supporting documentation:
Notice that no debt is accrued to the state budget;
Notice that the property has not been seized;
Notice that the company is not being liquidated or reorganized;
Documentation confirming the experience of performing similar works in the last 5 (five) years (as a contractor or sub-contractor), agreements and acceptance-handover acts;
information about personnel to be employed;
Only those proposals that respond to the conditions mentioned in point 2, correspond to the technical task and the monetary parameter aimed at the procurement will be subject to evaluation.
The application should be submitted to the following address: St. Mark Bronstein’s N1, Procurement Service of JSC “Sakrusenergo”, Tbilisi.
The application deadline is 2024. 17:00 on June 20. The application submitted after the expiry of the mentioned term will not be considered.
Applications will be evaluated on June 20, 2024 at the following address: Mark Bronstein’s N1, JSC Sakrusenergo, Tbilisi.
The application must be submitted in the Georgian language to the address specified in point 5, in a sealed envelope, otherwise the proposal will not be considered.
Prices must be offered in national currency (bids submitted in other currencies will not be considered);
The application is valid for at least 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its submission.
An application that does not meet the conditions mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application will be rejected as inconsistent with the requirements specified in the price inquiry (competition) procedure.
The winner will be considered and the purchase contract will be concluded between the procuring organization and the supplier that meets the requirements of the procuring organization and that submitted the lowest price.
