A brief overview of works performed on power transmission lines of JSC “Sakrusenergo” in February 2013

E.G.Kh. “Caucasus”
On February 26 and 27, during the 2-day repair period of the EGK on the Georgian section, insulator replacement works were carried out: 8 pieces were changed on mast #63, 3 pieces on mast #70, 22 pieces on mast #71, 19 pieces on mast #113, in total 52 were changed. A piece of insulator.
Deforestation works were carried out on the Russian section, in particular, trees of EGK No. 180-181, 629-633, 722-725 were cut down (9 trees – 2.55 km). Access roads to towers #628-631 were cleared. On the intermediate masts No. 44, 143, 149б, 176, 178, 179, 180, 181, 182, 183, 184, 185, 186, 187, 188, 189, 191, 192, the mast holding gears were adjusted (18 masts). No. 33, 37, 38, 45, 46, 49, 52, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 64, 65, 66, 67, 69, 70, 71, , 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79 intermediate masts were fitted with counter-wrenches (27 masts), grounding contour was repaired on mast No. 72. During the 2-day repair period of the EGK, the loop of protective gear was repaired on mast No. 741.

E.G.Kh. “Imereti”
Inspection of the sections between the towers #20-71, #175-220, 221-262, 285-389 was carried out for the purpose of defects. In order to prevent the robbery of angles, welding of bolts was carried out on the masts, in particular, masts No. 329 and 343 were welded at a height of 8-10 meters. On February 15, 22 pieces of broken insulators were replaced on Р2 type masts No. 324 and No. 325 during the 1-day repair of the EKH. On the same day, 10 insulators were replaced on mast No. 103.

E.G.Kh. “Kartli-2”
The foundations of masts No. 390, 392, 408, 435, 436, 442, 443, 456 were freed from the earth mass. A tour of the section between the towers of the Egkh No. 303-475 was carried out in order to check for defects.

E.G.Kh. “Kartli-1”
Anchor wrench-bolts were installed on mast No. 9, and spindle clamps were installed on the support beams of mast No. 11, 38.

E.G.Kh. “threat”
Anchor counter-wrenches were installed on mast No. 145, retaining ropes were tightened on mast No. 139, and spindle clamps were installed. Restored black corners were painted on the galvanized masts No. 81, 99, 102, 121, 162, 163. Inspection of the section between the towers #1-36 of the railway station was carried out.

E.G.Kh. “wash”
A tour of the entire length of the railway (No. 1-60) was carried out in order to describe the defect.

E.G.Kh. “Adjara”
A tour of the entire length of the railway station (No. 1-50) was carried out in order to find defects. Deforestation works were carried out in the sections between towers No. 2-5, No. 6-21.
