Issue #1.In connection with the signing of the agreement on the amendment of the contract of January 4, 2021 on the transfer of the transmission lines and their components owned by JSC GE “Sakrusenergo” to JSC “Georgian State Electric System” (transmission system operator) with the right of lifetime use (lease) and the provision of related maintenance and operation services .
Issue #2.With the resignation of Tea Gabadadze, a member of the Supervisory Board of JSC GE “Sakrusenergo”, nearing the expiration of his term of office.
