As a result of the communication held with the owner of 50% of shares of JSC GE “Sakrusenergo” JSC “Federal Network Company – Rossetti”, the wording of the issues included in the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the company presented in the above letter and the draft decisions were corrected.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for November 12, 2023 will be held on November 13, 2023 at the address – Georgia, st. Tbilisi, Mark Bronstein St. No. 1, at 15:00 local time with the following adjusted agenda:
Issue #1. Regarding the transfer of power transmission lines and their components owned by JSC GES “Sakrusenergo” to JSC “State Electric System of Georgia” (operator of the transmission system) with a lifetime right of use (lease) and the provision of related maintenance and operation services to JSC GSC “Sakrusenergo” and JSC “State Electric System of Georgia” “On approving the agreement on making changes to the agreement concluded on January 4, 2021.
Issue #2. About the expiration of the term of office of Tea Gabadadze, member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Sakrusenergo”.
